The final score was 5 to 3.
Streator never recovered after Gotham took the lead in the top of the 3rd
inning scoring one runner utilizing 2 base hits. Oneil Cruz drew a walk.
Cruz then stole second base. Trent Grisham then banged out a single. Cal
Raleigh followed next and he ripped a one-base hit scoring the run. Streator
made it exciting in the 9th, but they were unable to push the needed runs
across.
The win went to Framber Valdez(12-10) who allowed 2 runs in 6 and 2/3 innings.
Bryan Abreu preserved the game for Valdez, recording his his 8th save. Miles
Mikolas(2-6) suffered the loss.
