Quinn Priester took a no-hitter into the 6th inning as the Gotham Gold Gloves
defeated the Dyersville Jurassics by the score of 5 to 0 at Edsel
Stadium.
Priester(7-3) was tremendous on the mound for Gotham. He didn't allow much,
just 1 hit and no walks in 7 innings. The right-handed Priester lost a
no-hitter when Teoscar Hernandez singled with nobody out in the 6th inning.
Gotham ended up with 9 hits for the game while Dyersville had 3.
Bryan Abreu gained credit for his 4th save. Jose Soriano(8-8) was given the
loss. He allowed 3 runs and 7 hits in 5 and 1/3 innings.
