Joe Ryan came through with a solid 6 innings and Byron Buxton connected with a
'big fly' and had 4 RBI at The O.K. Corral as the Tombstone Huckleberries
beat the Nimrod Numnuts 4 to 3.
The game started off with Tombstone taking the lead in the first plating an
isolated run using 2 hits. Nimrod made it exciting in the 9th, but they were
unable to push the needed runs across.
The victory was credited to Ryan(15-2) who went 6 innings, allowing no runs.
Edwin Diaz gained credit for his 31st save. Jeffrey Springs(12-8) was
