Casey Mize didn't allow a hit until the 6th inning as the Woodfield Roadkyll
defeated the Palatine Cubs 5 to 1 at Englefield Green.
Bennett Sousa(3-5) looked good in relief and was the winning pitcher. He went
1 and 1/3 innings and surrended up no hits and 1 walk. The right-handed Mize
had his no-hit bid broken up by Masyn Winn who singled with two outs in the
6th inning. Woodfield had only 5 hits for the night.
Anthony Banda(2-4) took the loss in relief. He pitched 1/3 of an inning
giving up 2 hits and 1 walk.
