Luis Garcia Jr had 4 hits and 6 RBI as the Borculo Bumble Bees smashed the
overmatched Texas Flood, 14 to 2.
The Texas fans didn't appreciate the big day Garcia Jr had. He ripped a
single which was good for two runs in the 4th inning, lined a one-base hit
scoring two baserunners in the 6th inning, delivered a single knocking in a
run in the 8th inning and doubled which brought home a run in the 9th inning.
Texas was out-hit by Borculo, 16 hits to 6.
The win was credited to Shota Imanaga(3-7) who went 6 innings allowing 1 run.
Taijuan Walker preserved the game for Imanaga, recording his his 4th save.
Bailey Ober(3-5) absorbed the loss. He was pinned with the loss despite not
allowing an earned run in his 5 innings of work.
'Garcia Jr led the way - we just jumped on his back and let him take us,'
Imanaga said. 'I'm glad I don't have to face him. I'm glad he's on my team.'
