Brad Lord(6-3) earned his pay with a solid performance for Nimrod. He allowed
3 hits and 2 walks in 6 innings. Vernon was out-hit by Nimrod, 15 hits to 5.
Lord got help from Jordan Hicks who earned his 6th save. Erick Fedde(2-7)
ended up with the loss. By giving up 7 runs in 1 and 1/3 innings his ERA
