Kevin Gausman didn't allow a hit until the 8th inning at Burbank Park as the
Caracas Leones beat the Burbank Tigers by the count of 7 to 0.
Gausman(9-4) came through with a virtuoso performance against the Burbank
hitters. He didn't allow much, just 1 hit and 2 walks in 8 innings. Gausman
recorded 9 strikeouts seeing his ERA drop from 2.96 to 2.72. The
right-handed Gausman had his no-hit bid broken up by Brent Rooker who singled
with one out in the 8th inning. Caracas totaled 11 hits on the night.
