Field in dramatic fashion over the Illinois Patriots, the final score, 7 to
6.
Caracas scored the deciding run in the 9th inning. Aaron Judge ripped a
base-hit. Teel was next to bat, but he was a strikeout victim. Mike Trout
then drew a walk. Colson Montgomery was up next and he delivered a single
giving Caracas the win as 50,416 happy fans joyfully celebrated. Both teams
totaled 13 hits on the night.
Emilio Pagan(3-1) picked up the victory, allowing 3 runs in 1 and 2/3 innings.
Brad Keller(0-2) ended up with the loss in relief. He pitched 1/3 of an
