In a lop-sided win the Woodfield Roadkyll tallied 5 runs in the 6th inning and
ripped the Columbus Crowd by a 9 to 3 count.
Woodfield went ahead for good in the bottom of the 3rd inning plating an
isolated run on 2 base hits. Juan Soto laced a base-hit. After an out was
recorded, Rafael Devers came to bat and drew a walk. Gleyber Torres then
stroked a single to load the bases. Gavin Sheets was up next and he drew a
walk scoring the run. Woodfield had 11 hits for the game and Columbus had 6.
The victory went to Casey Mize(2-1) who went 5 innings, allowing 2 runs. Roki
Sasaki(0-2) suffered the loss. He allowed 3 runs and 5 hits in 4 innings.
