In a dramatic ending the Palatine Cubs staged a comeback and held on to win
over the Columbus Crowd by the count of 7 to 5.
Palatine had the game winning rally in the 9th inning when they scored 4 runs
on 2 hits. Palatine had a total of 8 hits for the game.
The win went to Tyler Kinley(2-0) who allowed no runs in 1 and 1/3 innings.
Trevor Megill(0-1) ended up with the loss in relief. He was unable to retire
a batter allowing no hits and 2 walks.
'We just kept swinging the bats and didn't give up,' Jose Altuve said. 'If you
just keep trying good things can happen!'
