In a close game the Aarlington Aardvarks got by the Nimrod Numnuts in 10
innings by the score of 5 to 3.
The score was tied at 2 after nine. Aarlington won the game in the 10th
inning. Brice Turang started the rally when he lined a one-base hit. Adolis
Garcia was next to the plate, but was promptly struck out. Brett Baty then
hit a sacrifice fly plating a run. Eli White came up and he cleared the
fences for a two-run home run giving Aarlington the victory and sending the
26,955 home-town fans home happy. Aarlington won despite being out-hit by
