In a two run game the Streator Reds got by the Burbank Tigers by the score of
4 to 2.
Streator erupted with the game winning runs in the 8th inning scoring 3 runs
using 4 hits. Willson Contreras opened up the inning nicely when he doubled.
Sal Frelick came to the plate and laced a single. Matt Shaw then doubled
which scored a run. Nick Gonzales stepped in and he doubled driving home
another two teammates. Streator had 7 hits for the night.
Keegan Akin(2-1) went 3 innings allowing no runs for the win. Hunter
Dobbins(0-1) was charged with the loss in relief. He surrendered 3 runs and
3 hits without retiring a batter.
