Ronel Blanco took a no-hitter into the 6th inning and third baseman Josh Jung
hit a homerun and had 3 RBI at The Horseshoe as the Columbus Crowd beat the
Streator Reds by the count of 10 to 1.
Blanco(2-0) had a solid outing for Columbus. He surrendered 1 hit and 2 walks
in 5 and 1/3 innings. The right-handed Blanco lost his chance for a
no-hitter when Nick Gonzales singled with one out in the 6th inning. For the
game Columbus out-hit Streator 15 to 4.
