In a game at Jurassic Park the Dublin Pubcrawlers got by the Dyersville
Jurassics in 11 innings by the score of 10 to 7.
Both teams were tied at 6 runs apiece after nine innings. Finally, Dublin
pulled the game out in the 11th inning. Mike Tauchman got things rolling
when he banged out a single. Dylan Crews was next to bat, but he was a
strikeout victim. Isaac Collins then ripped a base-hit bringing in a run.
Daylen Lile was next to the plate, but was promptly struck out. Tyler
Freeman stepped into the box and was hit by a pitch. Vinnie Pasquantino
contributed to the rally and drew a walk scoring one more run. Spencer
Horwitz stepped up to the plate and he singled scoring the final run of the
inning. A wild affair, this game saw the lead change 5 times.
Louie Varland(2-0) got the win allowing no runs in 1 and 1/3 innings. Mason
Miller(1-3) was the loser in relief. He gave up 2 hits and 1 walk in 2/3 of
an inning.
