separated the combatants at game's end. The Woodfield Roadkyll won by the
slimmest of margins, 3 to 2.
Woodfield scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 2nd inning. That early scoring
held up. Woodfield managed only 4 hits on the night.
The win went to Zack Wheeler(1-1) who allowed 1 run in 6 innings. Wheeler got
help from Bennett Sousa who was credited with his 5th save. The loss was
charged to Hunter Brown(2-3). Although losing the contest, he whiffed 11
batters in 8 innings.
