In a two run game the Woodfield Roadkyll got by the Streator Reds by the score
of 4 to 2.
Woodfield tallied 2 runs in the top of the 6th inning. The big moment was
provided by Xander Bogaerts who silenced Streator Park as he lifted one out
of the park for a two run home run. The Streator offense proved no trouble
in the bottom of the 9th.
Max Meyer(1-3) got credit for the victory, pitching 5 innings and allowing 2
runs. Meyer got help from Jared Koenig who was credited with his 1st save.
Chris Sale(1-1) was hit with the loss.
'I was a little good, a little bad and a little ugly.' said Meyer, 'I was just
