Nathan Lukes homered and had 2 RBI at Jurassic Park where the Chicago Whales
beat the Dyersville Jurassics by the score of 5 to 4.
In the top of the 2nd inning Chicago scored 4 runs when they had 3 base hits.
The critical plate appearance was by Ryan McMahon who deflated the mood of
the partisan fans when he bombed a two-run dinger. Dyersville had a chance
to come back in the 9th but they came up short.
Mitch Spence(9-7) went 5 innings allowing 4 runs for the victory. Griffin Jax
got the save, his 19th. George Kirby(10-11) ended up with the loss.
'It wasn't my best outing, but I'll take the win' Spence said.
