Andre Pallante delivered 7 solid innings at Streator Park as the Dyersville
Jurassics beat the reeling Streator Reds by the count of 4 to 0.
Streator was unable to claim the lead after Dyersville went ahead in the 2nd
inning plating an isolated run using 2 hits. After two outs Julio Rodriguez
ripped a single. J.T. Realmuto was next and he doubled scoring the run. The
early run support proved sufficient for Pallante(6-4) and Dyersville. That
was all the run support Pallante required. Dyersville ended up with 10 hits
for the game while Streator had 3.
Taj Bradley(6-13) was charged with the loss. Despite taking the loss, he
whiffed 14 batters in 9 innings.
