Miguel Rojas had 4 hits and 3 RBI as the Texas Flood topped the Hollywood
Marines by a score of 12 to 5 at Comerica Park.
Rojas enjoyed a big evening at the plate. He delivered a one-base hit in the
3rd inning, lost the ball over the fence for three runs in the 4th inning,
lashed a single in the 6th inning and ripped a base-hit in the 7th inning.
Texas bats were very productive in the 4th inning which saw them score 7 runs
on 8 hits. Texas finished with 20 hits while Hollywood ended up with 9.
Max Fried(16-2) allowed 5 runs in 8 innings, and picked up the victory. Mitch
Keller(9-10) took the loss. By surrending 7 runs in 3 and 1/3 innings his
ERA jumped from 4.01 to 4.32.
