Hollywood Marines 8 to 6 at Comerica Park.
Tombstone came up with 3 runs in the 3rd inning. The big moment was provided
by Garver who silenced the crowd when he lifted one out of the park for a two
run home run. The Hollywood batters went down meekly in the bottom of the
9th.
Drew Rasmussen(2-1) picked up the victory, allowing no runs in 1 and 2/3
innings. Charlie Morton(8-12) was the losing pitcher. He was knocked around,
surrendering 7 runs in 6 and 2/3 innings.
