The Caracas Leones pitchers essentially took the day off at West Side Park as
the Chicago Whales offense erupted for 13 runs while Spencer
Schwellenbach(12-7)with bullpen support surrendered 2 runs to Caracas.
Luke Raley had a good evening at the plate. He bombed a two-run dinger in the
7th inning and doubled which was good for two runs in the 8th inning.
Chicago finished with 15 hits while Caracas ended up with 4.
Logan Gilbert(15-6) ended up with the loss. He was touched for 3 homeruns in
his 3 and 2/3 innings of work.
