The Tampico Stogies nipped the Gotham Gold Gloves in 10 innings 3 to 2 at
Edsel Stadium in a hard fought contest.
The score was knotted at 2 after nine innings. Tampico came out the victor in
the 10th inning. Jazz Chisholm doubled scoring the run. Tampico had only 6
hits for the game.
Sam Moll(4-3) got the win allowing no runs in 1 and 2/3 innings. Moll got
relief help from Aroldis Chapman who gained credit for his 34th save. Raisel
Iglesias(1-2) took the loss in relief. He was a hard-luck loser, pitching 1
inning and not allowing an earned run.
