Streator Reds 6 to 3.
Streator was unable to climb back into it after Tampico went ahead for good in
the 4th inning when they scored 2 runs on 2 hits. The highlight belonged to
Friedl who silenced the crowd when he bombed a two-run dinger. Both teams
finished the game with 10 hits.
The victory was credited to Griffin Canning(6-8) who went 6 and 2/3 innings,
allowing 3 runs. Aroldis Chapman got the save, his 32nd. The losing pitcher
was Taj Bradley(6-11). He allowed 3 runs and 6 hits in 6 innings.
