the Woodfield Roadkyll topped the pathetic Palatine Cubs by a score of 9 to 2
at Kauffman Stadium.
Jared Koenig(6-3) got the win with a steady relief outing. He went 1 and 2/3
innings and surrended up 1 hit and 1 walk. Woodfield had 12 hits for the
game and Palatine had 6.
Garrett Cleavinger(1-3) was the losing pitcher in relief. He pitched 1/3 of
an inning allowing 3 hits and no walks. The Woodfield ballclub's record now
stands at 74-54. Palatine has been sputtering along lately and are 1-9
