Andrew Benintendi jacked one out of the ballyard as the Dallas Gibsons topped
the Dublin Pubcrawlers by a score of 5 to 4 at Poets Field.
The game was won by Dallas with a run in the 8th inning. Alex Bregman
doubled. Yainer Diaz was next to bat, but he was a strikeout victim. One
out later, Max Schuemann then doubled scoring the run. Dallas had a total of
12 hits for the game.
Cole Sands(1-1) went 2 innings allowing 1 run for the win. Sands got relief
help from Kyle Finnegan who gained credit for his 7th save. Jorge
Alcala(0-4) absorbed the loss in relief.
