The Tampico Stogies bested the Burbank Tigers in 10 innings by a 4 to 1 score
at Burbank Park.
The score was tied at 1 after nine. Tampico won it in the 10th inning. T.J.
Friedl jump-started the rally as he slapped a single driving in a run. Jazz
Chisholm came next and he bombed a two-run dinger. Tampico and Burbank each
finished the night with 9 hits.
The win went to Michael McGreevy(1-0) who allowed no runs in 2 innings.
Aroldis Chapman earned the save, his 3rd. Josh Winckowski(0-1) was the loser
in relief.
