The Hollywood Marines and the Gotham Gold Gloves locked up in an exciting
one-run game at Comerica Park. The final score was the Hollywood Marines 5,
the Gotham Gold Gloves 4.
Brooks Raley(4-1) came through for Hollywood's manager with an excellent
relief stint. No one got on base in his perfect 2 and 1/3 innings. This was
a game of many highs and lows for the home town fans, as the lead kept
changing - 5 times in all.
Matthew Liberatore(3-6) was the loser in relief. Hollywood remained hot,
improving their record to 91-61. They now have a record of 8-2 in recent
days. With the loss, Gotham has a record of 4-6 lately, 72-80 overall.
