Catcher Yainer Diaz connected with a 'big fly' as the Dallas Gibsons bested
the awful Dublin Pubcrawlers 12 to 8 at Truist Park.
Dallas tallied 4 runs in the bottom of the 4th inning when they came up with 4
base hits. The key at-bat was by Zach McKinstry who excited the crowd when
he doubled plating all three baserunners. Dallas simply wore out the Dublin
pitching staff, scoring in 6 different innings.
Shane McClanahan(2-9) got the win allowing 6 runs in 6 innings. Adam Ottavino
was credited with his 6th save. Trevor Williams(5-13) was the loser. He got
hit pretty hard, allowing 10 hits and 5 walks in 4 innings.
