Tampico came up with 4 runs in the bottom of the 5th inning when they came up
with 5 base hits. The big moment was provided by Marte who made the crowd
happy when he tripled bringing in two baserunners. Tampico finished with 15
hits while Gotham ended up with 6.
The victory was credited to Alex Lange(3-2) who went 2 and 1/3 innings,
allowing no runs. Yusei Kikuchi(9-5) was the loser. He allowed Tampico 5
runs in 4 and 1/3 innings of work.
