In a close game it was the Dublin Pubcrawlers 6, the lifeless Dallas Gibsons 4
at Poets Field.
Dublin had 4 runs cross the plate in the bottom of the 2nd inning when they
had 3 base hits. The big moment was provided by Joey Meneses who made the
crowd come alive when he clubbed a two-run home run. Dallas made it exciting
in the 9th, but they were unable to push the needed runs across.
Andrew Abbott(3-5) picked up the victory, allowing no runs in 7 innings. Ryan
Helsley gained credit for his 11th save. Grayson Rodriguez(1-2) ended up
with the loss. He served up 3 gopher balls in 8 innings.
