Alec Bohm had 4 hits and 5 RBI as the Aarlington Aardvarks defeated the Gotham
Gold Gloves by the score of 14 to 6 at Edsel Stadium.
Bohm led the offense for Aarlington. He delivered a single in the 1st inning,
doubled plating two runs in the 2nd inning, banged out a one-base hit
bringing home two baserunners in the 3rd inning and delivered a base-hit
which brought home a run in the 9th inning. Aarlington dominated offensively
as they scored in 6 different innings.
Seth Lugo(5-6) got the win allowing 2 runs in 6 innings. Louie Varland
recorded his 2nd save. Framber Valdez(4-4) was the losing pitcher. He gave
up 6 runs and 6 hits in 1 and 1/3 innings.
