Joey Meneses connected with a 'big fly' as the Dublin Pubcrawlers defeated the
Tombstone Huckleberries by a score of 3 to 1 at The O.K. Corral.
Dublin scored the winning runs in the top of the 9th inning scoring 2 runs on
2 base hits. Jorge Polanco opened up the inning nicely when he drew a walk.
Meneses came next and he ripped a base-hit, and an error was also committed.
Carlos Correa then delivered a single knocking home two runners. Dublin
finished with just 6 hits in the victory.
The winning pitcher was Jose Leclerc(4-6) who allowed no runs in 1 and 2/3
innings. Ryan Helsley earned the save, his 10th. Alexis Diaz(6-6) was tagged
with the loss in relief. He allowed 2 hits and 2 walks in 1 inning.
