Ryan Mountcastle launched 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI at The Horseshoe where the
very talented Tombstone Huckleberries beat the Columbus Crowd 13 to 4.
The Columbus fans didn't appreciate the big day Mountcastle had. He lifted
one out of the park for a two run home run in the 1st inning, lined a single
in the 3rd inning and bombed a two-run dinger in the 6th inning. Tombstone
dominated offensively as they scored in 6 different innings.
The victory was credited to Reese Olson(5-3) who went 5 innings, allowing 3
runs. Trevor Richards recorded the save, his 2nd. Justin Steele(7-8) was
tagged with the loss. He served up 3 gopher balls in 5 and 2/3 innings.
'I had good swings tonight,' Mountcastle said, 'Everything felt right'.
