At The O.K. Corral Alexis Diaz(4-5) got the win and the sizzling Tombstone
Huckleberries shutout the Vernon Hillbillies 1 to 0.
The game was won by Tombstone when they scored a run in the 8th inning. After
two outs Lane Thomas blasted a solo shot. Vernon made it exciting in the
9th, but they were unable to push the needed runs across.
David Bednar recorded the save, his 30th. Zach Eflin(7-3) took the loss. He
struck out 14 batters in 8 innings despite losing the game.
Tombstone added another win to their now very impressive winning streak.
