Matt Olson knocked 3 homeruns and Brent Suter had a strong outing at Edsel
Stadium as the Holland Heffalumps beat the Gotham Gold Gloves by the count of
6 to 1.
Olson enjoyed a great evening at the plate. He ripped a solo home run in the
4th inning, cracked a solo homerun in the 7th inning and hit a bases-empty
home run in the 9th inning. Holland had 10 hits for the night while Gotham
had 3.
The victory went to Sam Moll(3-1) who went 1 inning, allowing no runs. Patrick
Sandoval(4-3) was the losing pitcher. He allowed 6 hits and 2 walks in 4
innings.
No one has been able to stop Holland lately as they lengthened their winning
streak to 6 games.
