Spencer Torkelson stepped into the batter's box and he drew a walk to load the bases. Christopher Morel then drew a walk giving Streator the win much to the delight of the home town crowd. Streator and Chicago each finished the night with 8 hits. The victory went to Adbert Alzolay(2-3) who went 1 inning, allowing no runs. Andre Jackson(1-2) absorbed the loss in relief. He surrendered no hits and 3 walks in 2/3 of an inning. 'We really needed this win' said Ralph Madara. 'That first drink of water at the end of a drought sure does taste good!'
