The Tombstone Huckleberries defeated the Hollywood Marines by a score of 7 to
4 at Comerica Park.
Tombstone took the lead for good in the top of the 4th inning as they scored 2
runs on 2 base hits. The crucial at-bat was provided by Zach Neto who
deflated the mood of the partisan fans when he clubbed a two-run home run.
Tombstone finished with 12 hits while Hollywood ended up with 8.
The win went to Blake Snell(9-4) who allowed 2 runs in 6 innings. David Bednar
was credited with his 22nd save. Kyle Hendricks(2-2) suffered the loss. He
gave up 6 runs in 4 and 2/3 innings of work.
