At Edsel Stadium, the Gotham fans witnessed a great pitcher's duel. Kyle
Bradish(8-2) finally bested his Gotham opposite, Michael Lorenzen(3-3), by
the score of 2 to 1.
In the top of the 4th inning Tampico went on top for good plating an isolated
run on 2 base hits. Bradish got help from Felix Bautista who pitched a
perfect ninth and was credited with his 16th save.
Lorenzen absorbed the loss. He surrendered 6 hits and 2 walks in 7 and 1/3
innings. With this win, Tampico has a 33-22 record. They have been 6-4
lately. With the loss, Gotham has a record of 3-7 lately, 25-30 overall.
