Jurassics topped the Dublin Pubcrawlers by the slimmest of margins, 5 to
4.
The game was won by Dyersville when they scored a run in the 8th inning. After
an out was recorded, Julio Rodriguez drew a walk. Rodriguez was running on
the next pitch and he stole second. Anthony Rizzo then ripped a base-knock
scoring the run. Dublin tried unsuccessfully to come back in the 9th.
Carlos Estevez(3-2) got credit for the victory, pitching 2/3 of an inning and
allowing 1 run. Ryan Pressly was credited with his 5th save. Huascar
Brazoban(1-3) was given the loss in relief. He was knocked around,
surrendering 3 runs in 2 and 2/3 innings.
In another of a string of victories, Dyersville extended their winning streak
to 6 games.
