In a one-sided affiar at West Side Park the final score was the Chicago Whales
12, the Streator Reds 3.
Streator fell behind quickly as the Chicago offense came through in the first
inning plating one baserunner. Chicago simply wore out the Streator pitching
staff, scoring in 6 different innings.
Bryan Baker(2-3) went 2 and 1/3 innings allowing no runs for the win. Keegan
Thompson(3-3) absorbed the loss. He got hit pretty hard, allowing 11 hits
and 7 walks in 6 innings.
