C.J. Cron connected with a 'big fly' and had 3 RBI at Poets Field as the
spectacular Dublin Pubcrawlers beat the Streator Reds by the count of 6 to
5.
Dublin had the winning rally in the 8th inning with 2 runs on 3 base hits.
Cron opened up the inning nicely when he doubled. After another out, Gary
Sanchez dug into the batters box next, but he struck out. Alan Trejo then
drew a walk. Brandon Nimmo came up and he laced a base-hit to load the
bases. Dylan Moore came up to bat and doubled bringing in two baserunners.
The Streator batters didn't put up a fight in the 9th.
Seranthony Dominguez(2-6) picked up the victory, allowing no runs in 2
innings. Ryne Stanek(4-2) was the loser in relief. He surrendered 2 runs and
2 hits in 2/3 of an inning.
