with a solid 7 innings as the Tampico Stogies bested the struggling Gotham
Gold Gloves 3 to 0 at Edsel Stadium.
In the 5th inning Tampico went on top for good plating an isolated run
utilizing 2 base hits. Felix Bautista earned the save with a perfect ninth,
his 34th save.
Severino(3-5) allowed no runs in 7 innings, and picked up the victory. Cole
Irvin(5-12) was given the loss. He gave up 6 hits and 1 walk in 8 innings.
