Justin Verlander had a strong outing as the Dublin Pubcrawlers outscored the
Dallas Gibsons 2 to 0.
Dublin took the lead for keeps in the bottom of the 2nd inning plating one
baserunner. Trayce Thompson drew a walk. Livan Soto stepped into the
batter's box and he doubled scoring the run. That early scoring held up.
Both teams totaled 4 hits on the night.
Verlander(11-6) got credit for the victory, pitching 6 innings and allowing no
runs. Verlander got relief help from Ryan Helsley who gained credit for his
