Luis Gonzalez had 2 base hits as the Tampico Stogies defeated the Dyersville
Jurassics by the score of 6 to 3 at Busch Stadium.
Dyersville was unable to recover after Tampico went ahead in the bottom of the
2nd inning plating one baserunner. Tampico managed 11 hits in their victory.
The victory went to Braxton Garrett(3-6) who went 6 and 1/3 innings, allowing
3 runs. Garrett got help from Felix Bautista who was credited with his 28th
save. Ross Stripling(9-6) suffered the loss.
