The Dublin Pubcrawlers bested the league door-mat Dallas Gibsons by a 6 to 3
score at Truist Park.
Dublin had the game winning rally in the 9th inning with 3 runs using 2 hits.
Albert Pujols got things going when he drew a walk. Carlos Correa came next
and he ripped a single. After an out was recorded, Jorge Polanco then drew a
walk to load the bases. Edward Olivares followed and he stroked a base-hit
scoring two baserunners. Seth Brown stepped into the box and would hit into
a force play scoring the final run of the inning. David Robertson was
perfect in relief and gained credit for his 3rd save.
The victory went to Shane Bieber(10-7) who went 8 innings, allowing 3 runs.
Anthony Bass(2-3) ended up with the loss in relief. He surrendered 2 runs
and 1 hit in 1 and 1/3 innings.
