Jurassics beat the Oakland Athletics by the count of 11 to 10.
In the 4th inning Dyersville scored 4 runs when they came up with 4 base hits.
The biggest moment was provided by Rodolfo Castro who electrified Jurassic
Park when he tripled with all three runners coming home. This was a game of
many highs and lows for the home town fans, as the lead kept changing - 5
times in all.
The win was credited to Will Vest(1-0) who went 3 innings allowing 1 run. Vest
got help from Daniel Bard who earned his 2nd save. Tyler Gilbert(0-1) was
tagged with the loss in relief. Dyersville scored big getting 3 runs off him
in 2 and 2/3 innings.
