Tyler Glasnow mowed down 12 Hollywood batters at Comerica Park as the Tampico
Stogies embarrassed the Hollywood Marines by the lopsided score of 10 to
0.
Wilmer Difo had a big day against Hollywood. He tripled in the 1st inning,
tripled in the 5th inning and doubled bringing home two baserunners in the
6th inning. Tampico had 13 hits for the night.
Glasnow(4-3) went 7 innings allowing no runs for the victory. Sandy
Alcantara(10-8) was charged with the loss. He was not very effective,
surrendering 8 runs in 5 and 2/3 innings.
'I had my good stuff tonight.' Glasnow said. 'As the game went along I started
to get the feeling that I was going to strike out a bunch of hitters.'
