exciting one-run game at Camden Yards. The final score was the phenomenal
Burbank Tigers 3, the Tombstone Huckleberries 2.
Walker Buehler(17-5) gave a fine effort for Burbank. He surrendered 5 hits
and 3 walks in 6 innings. Buehler racked up 7 strikeouts. Tombstone made it
exciting in the 9th, but they were unable to push the needed runs across.
Aaron Bummer recorded his 2nd save. Drew Rasmussen(3-4) suffered the loss.
Wes Davies was in a talkative mood in the clubhouse, 'Great game! If only we
could win all of the close ones - wouldn't that be nice! Since that's not
going to happen, I think I'll savor this one for a little while.'
