Tampico promptly took the lead in their half of the first when they tallied 3
runs on 2 hits. That early scoring held up. Tampico finished with just 5
hits in the victory.
Trevor Rogers(4-3) allowed 1 run in 7 innings, and picked up the victory.
Rogers got relief help from Alex Reyes who gained credit for his 25th save.
The losing pitcher was Garrett Richards(4-6).
