topped the Streator Reds by the slimmest of margins, 3 to 2.
Tampico won the game with a run in the 8th inning. After two outs Pedro
Severino delivered a solo blast. Tampico managed only 4 hits on the night.
Garrett Whitlock(3-2) went 1 and 1/3 innings allowing no runs for the win.
Whitlock got help from Alex Reyes who was credited with his 13th save. Paul
Sewald(1-3) ended up with the loss in relief. Despite losing, he struckout 6
Tampico batters in 3 innings.
